We are delighted to invite you to submit papers for the Democracy, Minority Rights & Their Development organized by DMRD International, Canada, to take place in Ottawa University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, from March 20th to 22nd 2012. Details for submission of papers, which must be received by February 15th 2012, can be found here: Papers accepted for the conference will also be considered for publication in our international journal, the Journal of International Social Affairs. Papers should be submitted in Word Document or .pdf format to info@dmrd.org and lauraabell@dmrd.org a corresponding author should be identified. Papers should be not less than 10 and not more than 30 pages in length and should be accompanied by an abstract of between 100 and 150 words, summarizing the subject, research methods and conclusions of the paper. A bibliography must be included and all references must be in accordance with Harvard Referencing System conventions. Papers must not have been submitted to or accepted for publication by any other journal.
Papers are invited in all areas relevant to Democracy, Minority Rights and Their Development and the pursuit of equitable and sustainable economic development, including the following areas:

The conference objective is to provide an international forum for the dissemination and exchange of realistic and scientific information on Assist to form and unite women, adolescent, disability and minority group, Women empowerment and capacity building, Increase literacy rate through effective education, Establish non-formal education centers, Influence policy makers and different service providers to increase their responsiveness, Assist to establish rights of the poor men, women, children and others minority group, Provide legal aid services to the poor communities, Massive awareness to stop children and women trafficking and domestic violence, Rescue and evacuation during disasters, Provide technical training for self employment of the extreme poor
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by three independent referees from the international program boards. It is anticipated that a broad range of research and applied topics will be covered during the conference. Papers in the theoretical category should deal with models, concepts, and structures; papers in the generic category should present research results of broad applicability; and papers in the applied category should show how the demands of particular application areas shape the way generic research is translated into practical innovation.
